Within 30 days of receipt of your shipment, you may return any new, unused, and uninstalled item for a full product refund, no questions asked. Please contact us at info@commahome.com with the subject "Return Order" and your order number. Please be advised that the returned item must be undamaged (new condition) and customers are responsible for all return shipping charges and packaging.

- Email address associated with the order
- Return package tracking # (if possible)
- Image of the product in original packaging
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment in 7 business days. Additional restocking fees may be assessed if the complete item is not returned or the item is damaged.
I need to cancel my order
Please contact us as soon as possible at info@commahome.com. You can cancel orders that haven't shipped yet.
Exchange policy
Unfortunately we do not exchange products at this time. Simply place a new order and return the original order.
Gift cards
Unfortunately gift cards are non-refundable at this time.
